Woldingham Financial Services is recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser. This remote UK role offers full training and a clear progression path from Mortgage Administrator to a fully qualified Adviser through our Adviser Academy.

No CeMAP is required to apply, and we value a self-motivated learner with strong customer service and a desire to build a career in mortgage advice. Benefit from a structured development pathway and support towards professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office-based roles is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Confidence when talking to clients, lenders and solicitors.
• Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to study toward professional qualifications.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Interest in property, mortgages and helping clients achieve homeownership goals.

Responsabilités

• Support Mortgage & Protection Advisers with the administration of mortgage and protection cases.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and providers to progress applications.
• Gather and process documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Keep clients updated throughout the mortgage journey.
• Manage diaries, appointments and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Learn the end-to-end mortgage process through practical experience.
• Progress through the Adviser Academy and work towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the client journey.
