Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager IV for a 100% remote, W2 contract in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in encryption regulations, U.S. export classification under EAR, and global compliance programs.

You will partner with engineering teams and cross-functional groups to define requirements for compliant solutions. This 12-month assignment with potential renewal up to 30 months requires at least 5 years of export

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in export compliance in a global corporate environment.
Experience with U.S. export classification under EAR and encryption regulations.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to determine export controls.
5+ years using SNAP-R and managing an export classification program.

Responsibilities

Conduct export classification reviews for software and technology items.
Manage collection of information and preparation of global trade licenses and declarations, including deemed export licenses.
Manage compliance and reporting obligations for US and non-US licenses/authorizations.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on export controls.
Develop and manage metrics for export compliance program reporting (intangibles).
Execute projects in support of Meta’s global trade compliance program.
