Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst to manage daily international import/export operations and drive compliance across regions. You will classify goods, oversee brokers, and ensure adherence to HTS and origin rules while supporting cross-border shipping efficiencies.

The role emphasizes data governance, process improvements, and collaboration with global teams to expand trade compliance programs beyond North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, or import/export execution.
• Expert-level knowledge of HTS classification principles, GRI, and origin determinations.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day import operations activities, focusing on inbound shipments from Mexico facilities.
• Classify products under HTS, Canada HS, Mexico HS, TARIC and Schedule B.
• Maintain global trade compliance data elements for import/export operations.
• Perform audits of HTS classifications for accuracy and updates.
• Monitor compliance risks and elevate issues to the Trade Compliance Manager.
• Oversee broker management, customs documentation review, and issue resolution.
• Lead export classification activities and ensure ECCN assignments.
• Provide guidance on country of origin determination for sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, carriers, and internal teams for compliant cross-border shipping.
• Develop and expand global import processes and SOPs.
