Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst for a global tech company. This fully remote role adapts to US business hours and focuses on day-to-day import/export operations, documentation, and cross-regional coordination.

The candidate should bring 6–8 years in global trade compliance, strong HTS and certification knowledge, and experience with Oracle GTM. This six-month contract offers W2 pay of $45–70/hr and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in global trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and trade practices.
• Hands-on experience with commercial invoices and international shipping documents.
• Familiarity with HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review import/export documents for international shipments.
• Coordinate records from freight forwarders, brokers, and providers.
• Track certification, permits, and other import requirements across regions.
• Support international shipment requests including non-standard movements.
• Maintain retrievable trade compliance records and data trackers.
• Contribute to ERP/GTM activities and data validation.
