Job summary

GDIT is seeking a TPA Core Services Business Analyst to support the World Trade Center Health Program. You will lead requirements elicitation and refine eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, and payment workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience (healthcare operations, payer systems, or federal program support preferred).
• Experience with requirements management, workflow mapping, EDI or API integrations, and claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and refinement activities for eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams, operational staff, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders to align requirements with system capabilities.
• Validate workflow logic, support testing, ensure requirements traceability, and resolve issues impacting TPA operations.
• Utilize requirements management tools and workflow modeling techniques to support seamless execution.
