Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Toxicologist to conduct human health risk assessments and chemical hazard evaluations for our products. You will assess hazards from literature, evaluate exposure scenarios, and prepare hazard summaries for databases and regulatory records.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 3+ years of toxicology experience and proficiency in data interpretation, exposure assessment, and hazard communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in toxicology, pharmacology, biomedical sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in toxicological or safety assessments.
• Proficiency with toxicology data interpretation, exposure assessment, and hazard communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess hazards based on scientific literature and toxicological data.
• Evaluate exposure scenarios for products and processes.
• Author hazard summaries for databases and regulatory records.
• Recommend toxicology study placements with CROs.
• Stay current with scientific and regulatory developments.
