Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery squads to ensure quality across the project.

You will lead the Tosca automation team, provide solution architecture guidance, and drive reusable test components, data management, and distributed execution while communicating

Qualifications

• 10+ years in test automation, with advanced hands-on Tosca expertise.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and leading Tosca implementations.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare-domain testing experience and understanding of workflows.
• Strong communication and client interaction, with Agile participation.
• Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist Level 1/2 or Automation Engineer Level 1).
• Experience with Tosca Test Data Management and Test Data Service.
• Experience with Tosca Distributed Execution agents and qTest/Jira for defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated Tosca test scripts.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data via Tosca TD Management and TD Service.
• Automate regression testing and execute via Execution Lists and agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the automation team.
