Job summary

Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology systems across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, online ordering, back-office software, and Microsoft 365, with a focus on reliability and minimal downtime.

This role is remote, individual contributor, requiring go-live experience, strong Toast administration, and the ability to resolve issues end-to-end while communicating clearly with restaurant teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting multiple restaurant locations.
• Strong Toast POS administration and deployment experience.
• Experience with Olo, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with go-live and POS rollout projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Toast POS systems across locations.
• Support online ordering integrations with Olo and Restaurant365.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and security basics.
• Resolve network issues and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Lead go-live activities for new restaurants and provide post-launch support.
• Own tickets from report to resolution and document solutions.
