Job summary

Kreig LLC is seeking a paralegal to support attorneys and ensure smooth case progression across probate, estate planning, and real property matters. You will draft documents, manage filings, calendars, and client communications while maintaining organized files and supporting the team.

The role starts remote with monthly in-person meetings and will transition to fully onsite as the Austin office opens, offering growth with statewide reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies or equivalent.
• Proven paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Familiarity with at least one CRM platform.
• Solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Draft probate, estate planning, and real property documents.
• Perform admin tasks: e-filing, data entry, document management.
• Calendar hearings and deadlines.
• Organize electronic client files across apps.
• Schedule court hearings and client meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties.
• Relay client communications promptly to attorneys.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
