Qualifications

• Texas licensed attorney with admission to the Texas Bar.
• At least 2 years probate experience, including administrations, litigation, discovery, and procedures.
• Ability to manage a busy, fast-moving workload with consistency and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated, interruption-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead probate and estate matters from start to finish with client-focused advocacy.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and contested matters across the Bexar County area and Texas.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, negotiate resolutions, and prepare for mediation or trial.
• Provide thoughtful guidance to families during important life events.
