Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Title IV-E Eligibility Specialist to support Wisconsin’s Department of Children & Families. You will assess eligibility, review records, and apply federal rules, working with state partners to ensure compliance and accurate revenue management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Title IV-E or public-sector programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review client records to assess Title IV-E eligibility using state data systems and documentation.
• Apply federal rules governing Title IV-E eligibility to each case.
• Monitor performance standards for Title IV-E eligibility activities.
• Provide information and technical assistance on revenue management activities to clients.
• Participate in state and federal audit inquiries.
• Maintain positive working relationships with the client and colleagues.
• Travel within Wisconsin as needed.
