Title Monks is seeking a motivated Commission-Based Sales Agent to expand our client base and develop relationships in the Ohio area. This independent contractor role offers uncapped earning potential by selling Title Monks' title insurance, closing/escrow, and related services.

You will prospect for new clients, build partnerships with real estate professionals, and present solutions. No cap on commissions; success is driven by the work you generate and relationships you nurture.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and self-directed sales professional.
• Comfortable with sales and business development.
• Able to build long-term professional relationships.
• Experience in real estate or title insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and referral partners.
• Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, investors, attorneys, builders, and other real estate professionals
• Promote Title Monks' title insurance, closing/escrow, and related services
• Make phone calls, send emails, conduct outreach, and participate in networking activities
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations when appropriate
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and business opportunities
• Develop a territory and sales strategy
• Represent Title Monks professionally in the marketplace
• Identify opportunities to increase referrals and repeat business
