Job summary

Workway, Inc. is actively seeking a Title/Escrow Officer to serve as the single point of contact for all parties in the closing process for the files assigned to them.

You will conduct buyer/seller and remote closings, manage files from start to finish, schedule closings, request title updates, and coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and other outside parties. The role requires at least 1 year of title/escrow experience, excellent computer skills, and familiarity with title and

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Title or Escrow Officer.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a title/escrow file from start to finish.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience working with title and escrow software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buyer/seller and remote closings.
• Manage assigned files from start to finish.
• Schedule closings and request title updates.
• Review and clear title issues and requirements.
• Prepare and balance draft/final CDs with lenders.
• Prepare and review closing documents.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and other outside parties.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned files.
• Train new employees as needed.
