Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking dynamic virtual sales professionals to close timeshare deals from home. You will work within streamlined processes that let you focus on closing and results, with admin tasks handled by the team.

The role offers paid training, health insurance from day one, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with employer matching, stock purchase plan, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Reside in MO or any state with an active broker relationship.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Experience in virtual sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Work independently and with partners across the organization to close deals.
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Navigate programs like Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience and, if required, an active state real estate license.
• Reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has an active broker relationship (MO included).
