Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Real estate license (state dependent) if required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Follow production/effort guidelines; uphold Hilton Grand Vacations values; deliver superior customer service.
- Demonstrate self-motivation with a 'One Team' mentality; work independently and with partners.
- Maintain professional appearance; participate in sales meetings/trainings via Teams.
- Basic skills in Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook.
- Reside in a state with an active HGV broker relationship (MI included).
