Job summary
Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Content Creator to lead behind-the-lens video production for a premium wellness/CPG brand. You will craft TikTok-native content, shoot on-location and remotely, and collaborate with marketing leadership to grow the brand across U.S. retail channels.
The role requires a strong TikTok portfolio, self-sufficiency with gear, and expert mobile editing. Remote work across the United States is supported, with occasional NYC-area shoots and in-store
Qualifications
- 3+ years in professional content creation with short-form video experience in CPG/beauty/wellness.
- Must have a strong TikTok portfolio showcasing product-focused content.
- Ability to use personal shooting/editing equipment.
- Proficiency in mobile video production and editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Proven behind-the-camera production bringing physical products to life online.
Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form TikTok content for brand storytelling and product conversion.
- Translate briefs and trends into platform-native educational videos for the target audience.
- Execute field content capture across retail locations and events to boost visibility and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to optimize campaigns and maintain publishing cadence.
