Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Threat Hunter for the OverWatch FedCloud team to analyze threat actor activity, identify intrusions, create detections, and track campaigns across our government cloud infrastructure.

This 100% remote role is based in the United States with a night shift schedule (Tue-Fri 23:00-09:00 ET). You will work on proactive hunting, detection engineering, and stakeholder communication to protect government cloud assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in network/host intrusion analysis, forensics, or malware analysis.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and open-source intelligence analysis.
• Programming/scripting knowledge, especially Python or Go; knowledge of LT techniques.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced threat hunting operations across client environments.
• Analyze and respond to sophisticated threat actor activities.
• Develop and implement new detection methodologies.
• Communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to threat intelligence and detection engineering initiatives.
