Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (Supply Chain) Design Lead based in the United States. This fully remote role has a preference for candidates near the Washington, DC metro area.

You will design and continuously improve SCRM processes, workflows, and technology-enabled solutions across a complex organization. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions, manage Jira stories and ProcessUnity workflows, and collaborate with risk, technology, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Security, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or supporting process improvement, business transformation, or risk and control framework initiatives.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SCRM, TPRM, Vendor Risk Management, or related risk discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including requirements management, user story creation, defect tracking, workflow management, and enhancement delivery.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into process improvements and technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, technical teams, and external organizations.
• Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and training materials.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, 800-161, 800-171, and CSF.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27002, 27036, 20243 (O-TTPS).
• Six Sigma certification or process-improvement expertise.
• ProcessUnity or other TPRM platforms experience is preferred.
• Enterprise risk management workflow design experience.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and enterprise process models.
• Experience in regulated environments and large-scale transformation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve SCRM processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Increase efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction across the risk lifecycle.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
• Assess regulatory requirements; propose enhancements to risk management processes.
• Collaborate with business, operational, technology, and risk stakeholders to build scalable solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions; gather requirements; drive adoption of new processes.
• Influence cross-functional teams and secure support without direct authority.
• Translate business requirements into actionable process changes and technical enhancements.
• Create and manage Jira stories, enhancement requests, workflow updates, and defect remediation.
• Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements.
• Partner with training/communications to develop user guidance and training materials.
• Maintain risk management workflows and platforms (ProcessUnity).
• Contribute to enterprise risk transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
