Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly collaborative professional to design, develop, and improve our Supply Chain Risk Management program. This role leads process optimization and technology-enabled improvements across the organization, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage Jira stories, support UAT, and partner with risk, operations, and technology teams. Fully remote with DC preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Security, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Hands-on Jira experience for requirements management and workflow tracking.
• 5+ years leading process improvement or risk/control initiatives.
• 5+ years of leadership influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• 3+ years in SCRM, TPRM, Vendor Risk or related risk disciplines.
• Experience translating requirements into process improvements and tech solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating process docs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53/161/171 and ISO controls.
• Proficiency with process-mapping tools like Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and enhance SCRM processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Evaluate regulatory requirements and industry practices for enhancements.
• Lead discussions to gather requirements and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Create and manage Jira stories and defect remediation activities.
• Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements.
• Partner with training and communications teams for user guidance.
