Responsibilities

• Plan for monthly and quarterly business.
• Plan for Trade activation business and overall sales.
• Plan demand generation and fulfillment.
• Monitor actual sales and make mid-course corrections.
• Prescription audit for Abbott brands and competitors.
• Create/update customer lists of doctors/chemists (trade).
• Identify potential towns and appoint distributors/customers (trade).
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products ethically.
• Discuss products with doctors/chemists for promotion in clinics and at chemist shops.
• Organize CME camps as per strategy and customer needs.
• Conduct trade/clinic activations for brand visibility.
• Plan merchandising and sampling activities as per strategy.
• Support new product launches by identifying target customers and gathering feedback.
• Execute the customer management plan to ensure 100% doctor coverage and KPIs.
• Collect market intelligence and manage retailer inventory.
