Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. seeks a Therapist for the Suicide Prevention Program (SPP) to provide biopsychosocial assessments and individual/group teletherapy for youth aged 12–26 at high risk of suicide.

You will collaborate with the care team to coordinate care across treatment settings and manage a caseload with appropriate autonomy. You will perform suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis escalation, and ensure thorough documentation for Medicaid Fee-for-Service billing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Nevada independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, LMFT, psychologist).
• Experience with adolescents and adults in behavioral health; crisis intervention training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver biopsychosocial assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy (teletherapy) for youth 12–26 at risk of suicide.
• Conduct suicide risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis stabilization with family involvement.
• Coordinate care with care team, document Medicaid/FFS billing with medical necessity.
