Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc seeks a licensed Therapist for the Suicide Prevention Program (SPP). You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and family teletherapy for youth and adults, coordinating care with the team to ensure effective service delivery.

You will conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis stabilization, and meticulous Medicaid billing documentation while engaging families through multi-platform communication tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Nevada licensure as an independent behavioral health clinician or eligibility for licensure.
• Two+ years of direct experience with adolescents and adults in behavioral health.
• Crisis intervention training and experience required.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, and Medicaid/Medicare practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver biopsychosocial assessments, individual and joint family teletherapy.
• Perform suicide risk assessment and safety planning with real-time crisis mitigation.
• Monitor acuity and risk, adjust care frequency and goals.
• Lead clinical care team collaboration and ensure appropriate roles.
• Provide crisis escalation response and rapid safety plan updates.
• Maintain documentation substantiating medical necessity and services for Medicaid billing.
• Engage youth and families via multimodal platforms to sustain engagement.
• Maintain registry accuracy and monitor KPIs for program outcomes.
• Collaborate with member, family, and healthcare providers on care plans.
• Identify referrals to social and community services.
• Document all assessments, care plans, and referrals while maintaining confidentiality.
