Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers and is seeking LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors. Providers enjoy session autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and calendar flexibility while delivering high-quality telehealth care.

In addition to scheduling freedom, new providers may benefit from dedicated credentialing support and access to consistent client referrals. A $20 increase to base pay is offered for every in-person session where space is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
