Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians and invites LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs to join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy. Telehealth is supported, and providers receive direct billing support, calendar control, and targeted client referrals.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute session, paid biweekly via direct deposit, with optional in-person session add-ons and ongoing clinician development resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC and licensed in Washington.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth sessions (53 minutes) for LMHC/LMFT/LICSW within Washington.
• Complete notes in the EHR and support billing, notes, and compliance as part of the admin team.
• Manage your calendar and schedule autonomy while accepting referrals and building a client base.
