Rula is a nationwide behavioral health platform connecting licensed clinicians with clients for telehealth services. Providers in the Rula network work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is supported, with WA-specific licensing requirements.

• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
