Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on what they do best—helping clients get better.

This role requires WA licensure and telehealth availability. Compensation is $80 per hourly LMHC session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly payments, and payment protection for no-shows

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LMHC sessions via telehealth.
• Complete session notes for every client.
• Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and tech support for providers.
