Job summary

Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that connects licensed clinicians with clients while handling marketing and administrative tasks for you. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Rula compensates LMHCs at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is allowed and WA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions with clients in Washington.
• Maintain session notes and client records as part of the EHR workflow.
• Handle administrative tasks related to client care with the support of Rula infrastructure.
