Job summary

Rula in the United States is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with session autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payments every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Minimum qualifications include LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure, a valid NPI, and Washington licensure with telehealth capability.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula team for referrals and scheduling.
• Deliver care with autonomy and adhere to clinical standards.
