Remote Therapist - Contractor - LICSW or LMHC - Washington Licensed

Join AbleTo, part of the Optum family, as a Licensed Therapist in Washington. We are revolutionizing behavioral health care delivery by providing high-quality, compassionate, and accessible care to those in need. As part of our team, you'll deliver evidence-based, outcome-focused short-term treatment programs remotely, managing a caseload of at least 10 participants.

Position Details:

  • 1099 Contract role with flexible scheduling, requiring 10 hours per week within 9 am-8 pm local time, with the option to choose a consistent schedule.
  • Compensation ranges from $40-$60 per session hour, depending on state of residence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote therapy for programs lasting 8-20 sessions.
  • Monitor and document participant progress, coordinate care, and communicate follow-up plans.
  • Assist participants with resource access and consent procedures.
  • Respond to high-risk cases following protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and training, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in Washington (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Availability for at least 10 hours/week, with a consistent schedule.
  • Ability to be enrolled as a Medicare provider or to opt-out prior to starting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
  • Passion for impacting lives through behavioral health care.

The hourly rate is $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time equivalence, experience, and location. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentives, stock options, and 401(k).
