You aim to help participants develop actionable skills and build healthy habits through evidence-based protocols.

• 1099 Contracts Available!
• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
• Work 10 hours per week within 9am-8pm local time, with flexible scheduling that must remain consistent once set
• Pay rate: $40-$60 per session hour, depending on state of residence

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care through short-term, evidence-based programs
• Monitor progress, communicate follow-ups, and document notes
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consents
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and town halls
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and complete annual training

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Oregon: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
• Ability to commit to 10+ hours/week
• Eligible to enroll in Medicare or able to opt-out prior to start

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
• Interest in licensure in other states
• Passion for impacting lives and advancing behavioral care

The hourly range is $28.61 to $56.06, based on full-time equivalency, experience, and location. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, stock options, and 401k.
