CCMSI in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative II to manage a portfolio of Texas workers’ compensation claims with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making. With 5+ years of claims experience, you'll investigate claims, determine compensability, and drive timely resolutions.

This role handles moderately complex claims across multiple accounts and industries.

Qualifications

• Texas Adjusting License is Required.
• 5+ years of Texas Workers’ Compensation claims experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust workers’ compensation claims per CCMSI procedures.
• Review medical/legal invoices to determine relatedness and reasonableness; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and pay workers’ compensation claims within settlement authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys per client authorization.
• Assist in selection and supervision of defense attorneys.
• Assess subrogation claims for resolution.
