• 3–5 years of substantive real estate law experience.
• Experience with master planned communities, covenants, plats, and development documents.
• Ability to draft complex legal documents with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate plats and development agreements.
• Prepare and amend restrictive covenants for diverse developments.
• Draft governing documents for master planned communities.
• Advise nonprofits and property owners’ associations on governance.
• Provide guidance to developers throughout development projects.
