Included Health, Inc. is seeking a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Texas to join our team of clinicians under the guidance of a Behavioral Health Supervisor.

This 1099 contractor role focuses on delivering individual therapy via telehealth, handling patient care, and documentation, while clinical operations support billing, scheduling, and onboarding. The successful candidate will hold an active Texas LPC/LMHC license and a COAMFTE-accredited MS in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Texas.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans.
• Document patient data including health history and mental status findings.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Supervisor and team for care coordination.
