Job summary

The Freelance Firm, LLC is looking for a Texas Estate Planning Paralegal to join our remote, on-demand network. The role supports short- and long-term legal projects for client law firms, with approximately 10–20+ hours per week.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of estate planning paralegal experience in Texas, strong drafting for wills and trusts, and client communications. Clio and Westlaw Form Builder familiarity preferred. Pay starts at $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal with Texas estate planning matters.
• Strong drafting skills, particularly with estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related documents).
• Experience working with high-net-worth estate planning matters strongly preferred.
• Ability to prepare and organize finalized estate plans for client signings.
• Experience communicating with clients and gathering necessary information and documentation.
• Ability to manage client inquiries and draft communications for attorney review.
• Familiarity with real estate matters, including transferring property into trusts (e.g., homestead-related filings).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work proactively and provide solutions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize finalized estate plans for client signings.
