Job summary

Varsity Tutors is seeking a Texas-certified teacher to join our Live Learning Platform as a remote tutor. You’ll leverage your classroom experience to connect with K-12 students nationwide, offering flexible scheduling, competitive session rates, and impactful one-on-one instruction from home.

Earn up to $40/hour with incremental pay per session, and receive payments up to twice per week. Our platform matches you with students and provides AI-assisted teaching tools to streamline lesson planning.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Teaching Certificate is required.
• Subject matter expertise in certified subject areas with TEKS alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to K-12 students.
• Set your own schedule and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage payments.
• Tutor remotely using Varsity Tutors platform with AI copilots.
