Job summary

Horizon Industries Limited is seeking a software tester for a fully remote role supporting government development activities. The position requires five years of software development and testing experience, plus a DoW‑approved baseline certification and a Secret clearance.

You will design and execute tests, prepare scripts and data, analyze security, review results, and collaborate with project managers, developers, testers and government stakeholders through Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience with software testing (integration and acceptance).
• Certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Secret clearance.
• 8570/8140 DoW‑approved baseline certification: Category IAT Level I.

Responsibilities

• Provide software testing experience, including integration and acceptance testing.
• Design and execute IT software tests and evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare test scripts, documentation, and all required test data.
• Analyze internal security within systems.
• Review test results and evaluate conformance to design.
