Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with students needing educational support. The role is fully remote, allowing for work from home and steady opportunities to connect with new students daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working with students who have education needs.
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
- Strong virtual instruction skills and comfort with video conferencing.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to student needs.
- Create structured lesson plans and align them with upcoming exam dates.
- Adapt instruction based on student performance and conceptual gaps.
