Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
• Strong virtual instruction skills with video conferencing.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student’s goals.
• Create structured lesson plans and timelines aligned to exam dates.
• Adapt instruction based on student performance and questions.
• Track progress and communicate with families regarding score growth and readiness.
