Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Test Manager to lead test strategy and automation efforts for an SAP web-based government system. You will oversee test events, data management, and OpenText UFT/Tao tool sets, while coordinating with BP functional teams and stakeholders across the program.

The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, release coordination, and development of automated testing capabilities within a dynamic RM team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant business experience; 8+ years of automated test development and execution experience.
• 5+ years’ experience using OpenText and SAP tools (ALM, UFT, TAO).
• Ability to facilitate proof-of-concept/proof-of-capability for tool transitions (e.g., UFT to Tosca).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the integration and management of the Micro Focus ALM tool test cycles, test lab, and dashboard modules.
• Owner of the program Test Strategy document outlining test event execution, metrics reporting, test data management, and future test automation capability creation.
• Provide support for test status and strategy calls on lifecycle gate reviews and weekly PMO/CCB status meetings.
• Work across technical and functional teams to ensure program test requirements are met while enhancing capabilities.
• Oversee demos of new automation scenarios with agency stakeholders as necessary.
• Oversee automation Regression Test scope for monthly and special project releases within the release schedule.
• Manage volume test data creation requests in support of test events.
• Support OpenText ALM custom code/workflow changes as requested by RM.
• Identify and assess new automation capabilities.
• Manage the UFT software version compatibility with OpenText ALM (SaaS) upgrades.
• Support BASIS on security vulnerability remediation efforts related to UFT.
• Communicate effectively with diverse customer organizations and provide status to stakeholders.
