Job summary

ICF is seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to support UAT, automated and regression testing across applications. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure releases meet requirements and are production-ready.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to the DC Metro area. Candidates should have 5+ years in QA/UAT, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. The position emphasizes automation, CI/CD, and strong test documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or software testing.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Remote role with occasional travel to the DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide UAT support and validate system requirements before release.
• Execute manual and automated test cases: functional, regression, release validation.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated scripts using testing frameworks.
• Support release validation by verifying defect fixes and readiness for production.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira and collaborate with dev teams.
• Create test artifacts: test plans, cases, results, and release sign-offs.
