Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) seeks a Test Engineer to develop and implement test procedures for cable and wire harness assemblies. You will troubleshoot electrical circuits, document results, and drive issues to resolution with the design team.

The role requires collaboration with customer engineers and a focus on quality and testing excellence. ABT, part of Amphenol Corporation, operates manufacturing locations in Mesa, AZ and elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or minimum 5 years of test experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and maintain test processes, methods, and plans for testing products.
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits to find root causes for test station and product issues.
• Conduct product testing with technician assistance; document results and issues; drive resolution with design team.
• Ensure all tested products meet established quality and functional requirements.
• Evaluate components for testing Borisch products; recommend core components or suppliers.
• Interface with customer engineers on design and functional test issues.
• Experience with test software development; lead as a test development resource on projects.
• Apply engineering knowledge to manufacturing processes and testing techniques; maximize efficiency.
