Job summary

SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing solutions ensuring quality and performance of Core Banking software. Qualifications

• Around 3–6 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience with SAP GUI testing and SAP GUI test automation.
• Strong understanding of API testing and tools such as Bruno.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and containerization (Docker).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (ISTQB).

Responsibilities

• Test Design & Implementation: Plan test phases, design test concepts; design and execute manual tests; develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and SAP GUI testing; select appropriate automation frameworks and tools; ensure automation code quality.
