Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with innovative solutions. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers. Experience in customer service and sales is preferred. For those with proven leadership experience, opportunities for elevated leadership promotions may be available.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  • Negotiate sales terms, agreements, and close sales with customers
  • Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate purchases
  • Advise on product development, improvements, and discuss promotions
  • Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  • Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
