Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. This is a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and closing deals. This role will require the ability to travel within the Dallas market and a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Provide feedback to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the fleet industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting robust market research.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
