in Human Factors or related fields is required, with leadership and strong teaching/research credentials. The appointee will lead the MS in Human Factors and support the BS in Human Factors Psychology, predominantly delivering asynchronous and synchronous online courses.

Qualifications

• PhD required in Human Factors or related disciplines such as Cognitive Science, Physiology, Ergonomics, Biomechanics, or Human-Computer Interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MS in Human Factors as Program Chair and support the BS in Human Factors Psychology.
• Deliver online courses (asynchronous and synchronous) and participate in department, college, and university committees.
