Ladders seeks a Tenured Associate Professor of Human Factors and MSHF Program Chair for a Worldwide Campus in a Remote Role. The position focuses on advancing a human factors graduate program while contributing to undergraduate education in an online setting.

Responsibilities include teaching, program oversight, and active engagement in institutional service, with opportunities to influence curriculum and student success across a diverse, multidisciplinary online environment.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Ergonomics, or a related field.
• Active research agenda suitable for a tenured associate professor.
• Leadership experience in academic programs or related fields.
• Demonstrated competency in human factors studies and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Master of Science in Human Factors program as Program Chair
• Support the Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Psychology degree program
• Teach a range of courses in human factors and related disciplines
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees
• Engage in both asynchronous and synchronous online teaching
