Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3 years of tender management experience, with CRM proficiency and process system design expertise. Telecommuting is permitted, with reporting to Plainfield, IL when not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years tender management experience.
• 3 years of experience in tender management for industrial or process equipment projects.
• 3 years of experience in cost estimation and bid preparation for industrial equipment.
• 2 years of experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle).
• 2 years of experience in industrial process system design or specification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and equipment pricing for industrial thermal systems for chemical processing, by-product recovery, and water reclamation.
• Help evolve customer and internal requirements and provide feedback on optimizing costing alternatives.
• Correlate design concepts into structured estimates with detailed equipment descriptions, material needs, and contingencies.
• Assist in developing internal quantities for third party construction and material bid packages.
• Generate cost information to support internal proposal and review documents.
