Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is hiring a Temporary Payroll Tax Analyst, Payroll Operations to support payroll tax, stock-related payroll actions, quarterly reconciliations, and year-end processes. You will validate tax data, research tax notices, aid with tax registrations, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliant payroll processing.

The role involves partnering with Payroll Operations, Tax, Stock Administration, Finance, HR, and external vendors to deliver timely payroll results

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA or equivalent experience running payroll.
• Desirable: FPC or CPP certification.
• Experience in payroll tax, stock-related payroll, and year-end processing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary support for payroll tax, stock, quarterly, and year-end activities.
• Assist with tax reconciliations, tax notices, and vendor communications.
• Support W-2 preparation and annual payroll reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
