University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a full-time Temporary data entry Coordinator for Education Core. The position starts around Sep 1, 2026, and runs through Jan 31, 2027.

It is a short-term, hourly role with remote work allowed, provided you reside in Colorado. Responsibilities include collecting and tracking information from students, scholars and faculty; entering data into Excel databases and Word tables; and supporting communications and reports for grant renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and data-entry experience required.
• Experience with Excel data entry and data collection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and track information from students, scholars and faculty participating in CCTSI education programs or other T/K programs at AMC.
• Enter data into Excel databases and word tables
• Assist with communication and follow-up with faculty, trainees and program administrators on campus and affiliate institutions. Assist with data entry and preparation of tables for grant renewal application reports.
