Job summary

Cennox seeks a Temporary Contract Legal Counsel to support the US contracting and commercial matters for a 2 to 6 month engagement, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. The role covers MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, channel partner and vendor agreements, and contract templates across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of in-house or commercial legal experience, US bar admission, and the ability to handle high-volume, risk‑aware negotiations with cross‑functional teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• US law degree and bar admission required.
• 3–10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience handling high-volume contracts with varying complexity.
• Georgia or California Bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex and routine commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, channel partner, vendor agreements).
• Support contract templates, policies, and legal risk assessments.
• Provide practical corporate and operational legal advice to support business objectives.
• Assist with compliance, governance, and enterprise risk management matters.
• Support proposals and RFP responses with legal input.
